In the meantime, here’s a 10 min talk by the author of modernist cuisine – you know, that big heavy cookbook that makes you wonder how they got the pictures of cut-in-half woks, pots, ovens, bbqs etc done? Turns out they ….cut them in half. Actually cut them in half. No photoshop for that.
